We do not accept cancellations once orders are placed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
We do not provide returns or exchanges for your order.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via email on vbhatashwini@gmail.com with unboxing video and product pictures within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours for the same.
Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in 7-10 business days considering the handmade nature for each item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our domestic orders are shipped using DTDC and Professional courier depending on the connectivity of pin codes. You will receive a tracking id on email or SMS or WhatsApp from either of our delivery partners or us with the tracking id.
Delivery Timeline: 10-15 Business days
Custom orders: 25 Business days
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 2000 below which shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout.

MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email us at vbhatashwini@gmail.com. After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in loop with the same.
