Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
We do not accept cancellations once orders are placed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
We do not provide returns or exchanges for your order.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via email on vbhatashwini@gmail.com with unboxing video and product pictures within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours for the same.
Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in 7-10 business days considering the handmade nature for each item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
